We’ve formed this Customer Advisory Board (CAB) for a simple purpose – to provide a direct line of communication with our most valued customers and receive constructive feedback on Customer Loyalty Accelerator (CLA) from “real-world” merchants so we can continually improve upon our product quality and service.

It also serves as an online forum for our customers to share creative marketing/promotional ideas amongst members, product enhancement suggestions and questions via our Forum Page.

Because of the substantial benefits given to Customer Advisory Board participants, board membership is by invitation only, and the application is subject to review. Approval is by CLA at its sole discretion.

Advisory Board members are selected for their ability to provide Customer Loyalty Accelerator (CLA) with relevant, “real-world” feedback on their experience with the program; suggestions on program improvements; and testimonials that CLA can use in its marketing materials. We are looking for a cross-section of retail merchants, from restaurants, coffee and bakery shops, fashion and beauty, clothing, hardware, sporting goods, gift shops and similar retail enterprises who desire to build greater loyalty and repeat business with their most valued customers. CAB Members will be asked to:
  • Fully participate in the CLA program by distributing all your allocated RewardsCardPlus to your most valued customers each month.
  • Orient your employees and communicate the employee motivational component of the CLA program.
  • Participate in one short monthly conference call per month (about 10 minute per call, 6 calls, one hour in total). The purpose of the call will be to solicit your feedback, answer any questions you have, and for us to provide suggestions on how to best implement the CLA program in your unique retail operation.
  • At the conclusion of your FREE (6) month subscription, we would appreciate a testimonial statement from you, but that is completely voluntary on your part.
  • And of course, if your experience with Customer Loyalty Accelerator has ignited more growth in your business by building deeper customer loyalty, more return visits and higher spending, we’d surely appreciate your continued subscription!
